How long does it take to process a photo?
Most photos are processed in around 30 seconds. Complex transformations like model photography may take slightly longer.
What photo formats are supported?
SnapSell supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, use photos that are at least 1000x1000 pixels.
Do my credits expire?
No! Your purchased credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
Can I get a refund?
We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues. Please contact support@snapsell.photo with details of your issue.
What happens to my photos after processing?
Your original photos are automatically deleted after processing. We don't store your images or use them for training AI models. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

What's the difference between Ghost Mannequin and Model shots?
Ghost Mannequin makes clothing appear to float with natural shape - perfect for showing the fit without a person. Model shots place your product on an AI-generated model for lifestyle imagery.
I'm having trouble with a specific photo. What should I do?
